SHIPPING

NOTE: Shipping rates are following: If you are in Regional Area or Website charge you less for shipping (which can happen) we will give you a call to charge rest of shipping amount or you can organise your own shipping. Prices may vary depending on the destination and dimension of the item. Item can show available but can also be out of stock. To make sure, you can give us a call. We won't take any liability accordance to that.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sale@ozjack.com.au.

Note:

Please check your delivery package then sign the dilevery package than sign paperwork.Once you sign paperwork that means transport company delivered your item in perfect condition and no longer covers insurance.  

If there is any issues or delay with order processing our sales team will contact you however its less likely to be happen.
